Femforce #185 is now available!! The latest issue of comicdom’s premiere all-female super-team comic may start a little slow, but it sure builds to a wallop!! First off, TARA (Too Tall) FREMONT must contend with the product of a modern-day “primordial soup” bent on reforming the world in it’s own image in “The Greater Filth”, written by Andrew Hawnt, with art by the awesome Alessio Mariani. Then, NIGHTVEIL and Roberta Strock make an interdimensional trip to try to get insight into their respective recent tragedies in “The Weight”, with art by Johannes Vick. The HAUNTER guest-stars. Next, SHE-CAT plays a life-and-death game with a new form of life herself in “One Shot”, with art by Dave Matsuoka, from a script by Andrew Hawnt. TARA returns to Jungle Island where a giant mutant snake plays a key role in a criminal plan to bilk billions in a story plotted by Mark Homes featuring art by dynamic newcomer Samrat Das and Jeff Austin. Finally, the gangs’s all here as Ms. V, SHE-CAT, TARA, NIGHTVEIL , SYNN and STARDUST face off with a team of extra-dimesnsional warriors in Downtown Orlando in “March Of The Etherium”, written by Andrew Hawnt, with art by Javier Lugo and Jeff Austin. And wait’ll you see who the dimensional visitors plan to conscript!! STORMY TEMPEST is back, fighting for her life in some very offbeat circumstances in “Middle Management”, written by Mark Heike, with art by Dan Gorman and Jeff Austin. Then, it’s a “blast from the past” (in more ways than one) as MISS VICTORY tangles with the villanous Vulture in a story set in the 1940’s, “Battle Of The Micro-Men!”; written and laid out by Bossman Bill Black, with finished art by David Jacob Beckett! Guest-stars galore in this one, including YANKEE GIRL, CAPTAIN PARAGON, CAT-MAN, KITTEN and the titular MICRO MAN!! 80 pages of great story and art in glistening black and white inside full-color covers; standard comic book size and saddle-stitched.
