    The GoodGarney's art, although not as impressive as 605. Another good point is that not knowing key plot points at the start kept you reading until the end.The BadFor me the best thing about the issue is you start off knowing nothing then you gradually get an extra piece of the story each page, but unfortunately the payoff felt lack-luster and underwhelming.     Fantastic Four once more continues to just leave me inspired and feeling great about the world of comics. With so much drama lately over the industry it's good to pick up a comic book that doesn't draw on political or social issues but....science fiction. The story in this little nugget is told to us in bits and as the book rolls on the reader begins to see what the full reality to the tale is. By the end of the book I was smiling.     Oh, you're still here, Hickman? 0

    I don't really get why this issue is here. I know Hickman's not quite done yet with his run on Fantastic Four, but with him having tied up most of his long-running plot threads in the last few issues, this stand-alone issue just feels... trivial. I've loved Hickman's run on Fantastic Four and I don't want it to end but if stuff like this is what it's got left now that his primary story is done, I wish he was already gone so the run could end on a high point. Maybe it's a fluke.So this issue open...

    Hickman wrapped up an amazing epic just a few issues ago, and the ones following demonstrated he knows how to write standalone short tales equally as well. But then he gives us something like this. This is not one of Hickman's great standalone stories, this one is.... well intentioned but poorly written.
