The Falcon

With Sam Wilson, one of my favorite comic book characters, in line to become the new Captain America, I figure it's time that I show everyone why they should respect him. So without further ado, let's see what this underrated wingman is capable of.
Skill
Fights
Falcon escapes after being captured by a corrupt militia, he then maneuvers around a train and dodges dozens of lasers before taking them all down.
A brainwashed Falcon stomps Hawkeye.
Falcon's fight with Nuke, now even though Falcon loses this is really impressive considering Nuke is bulletproof and has literally shrugged off attacks by Daredevil and he only beat him with a surprise knife attack. Falcon was actually hurting him with punches. On top of this, Nuke had just gotten done throwing Captain America around.

Fights Silencer, dodging a ray gun and literally throwing him with a punch, Silencer runs away in the next panel.
Falcon gets ambushed by a gang and singlehandily destroys them, ragdolling a few of them.

Fights a large group of A.I.M goons with Black Widow, even while fighting a group on his own, Falcon watches out for her.
Fights and defeats a malfunctioning Sentinel.

Beats 50's Captain America, who is greatly enhanced and a multi-tonner, until being knocked out by the imposter Bucky, who also has super strength.

KOs a mystically enhanced being.

During AvX, fights Mimic and almost wins, he only even loses because Rogue, who had absorbed She-Hulk's power, jumps up and slams him into the ground to steal his power and save Mimic.
This is Falcon's fight with Electro during his mini, it's kinda cut up, but Falcon and Electro fight around for awhile until they eventually run into the gang he was going after in the first place, then Cap shows up, fights Electro for a bit while Falcon goes to deal with the gang, then Falcon comes out of nowhere and kos Electro.
Falcon singlehandedly saves Bucky from the Thunderbolts, it's notable that he one shots Paladin, beats up on and basically throws Nuke, and then beats Ghost. I'm missing the a single page that is partially featured on the various Falcon reflexes and speed feats from below, and in case anyone is curious this is from Captain America: Reborn #3
- One hit KOs a man.
- Stomps Dum Dum Dugan.
- Again, Falcon took on and defeated Ghost during Reborn.
- He's also fought and defeated Crossbones.

Fights through an A.I.M facility after being lit on fire and having to rip his suit apart.
Strength

Sam hits a man's face so hard into concrete that it cracks.

Evenly arm wrestles Captain America, even when he becomes enraged by the hate ray.

Breaks free from a giant monster's grip then defeats it.

Falcon slams a man through a barbed wire fence.

Gets Classic Kingpin off Captain America and then helps restrain him.

Casually saves Bucky's life, easily carrying him.

Breaks out of being tied in a chair and tackles 50's Cap, breaking through several wooden structures.

Effortlessly lifts a guy up.

Holds Captain America with one hand.

And again.

Ragdolls a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D agents.

Saves Scarlet Witch from being crushed by a statue by grabbing her, this doubles as a speed feat.

Flies for miles holding Bucky before throwing him.
Durability
Endurance and Balance
Reflexes and Speed

Falcon speeds to a blur to save Captain America from being crushed.

Speedily rescues Black Panther from a barrage of gunfire.

Immediately after going through blinding gas, Falcon displays some awesome agility, inching by dozens of rammers.

During his first time in the wing suit, Falcon manages to save Black Panther's life.

Another instance of avoiding lasers.
After being shot by a laser that had KO'd another man, Falcon is quick enough to grab a grenade and throw it far enough that it hurts no civilians in a crowded park.
Power

Falcon possesses the ability to telepathically connect and control avian creatures, he can see through their eyes and access their memories. He can gather hordes of birds and use them as weapons or spy cams.

Calls a horde of birds to attack Scarecrow.

Calls swarm of various birds to rip up Red Skull and save Black Panther.

Falcon explains the incredible extent and reach of his powers, he has 6 billion birds under his control in America alone.

Falcon accesses the memories of birds.

Sam's telepathic connection spans even to alien avian creatures.

Tracks a plane and is able to give it's exact coordinates and data. He also shows the ability to control how loud birds are.

Mentions how easily he tracks things.

Creatively beats Grey Gargoyle with his powers after he has beaten up on the Avengers.
Redwing

Falcon's other best friend is his companion and pet bird Redwing. Redwing is an immensely strong falcon with razor sharp claws capable of ripping apart flesh and a strong beak. He is highly trained in maneuverability and is able to follow Falcon's verbal and mental commands.
Recon and Hunting

Redwing recons better than Bucky, who was in the military and has actively hunted Wolverine for days without him knowing.

Redwing watches 50's Captain America for days and notifies Falcon that A.I.M is circling his position.
Destroying Stuff

Redwing is incredibly useful because he is adept at disabling technology and chewing through wires on Falcon's command, like disabling that camera.

Redwing rips apart the internal wiring and mechanisms of a Sentinel.
Combat

Breaks through glass to save Cap from a bearhug of death from Kingpin, leaving visible marks on his head and making him yell in agony.

Comes out of no where and messes up Red Skull.

KOs Scatterbrain, a crazy and delusional man who can make his delirium into reality.

Leaves an opening against the advanced Wild Bill robot for Falcon and Captain America.

Avoids a laser blast.
