    The son of the Circus of Crime's Princess Python, Danny DuBois' was inspired by the Punisher to become a vigilante known as the Executioner. He soon joined the Young Masters and later took over leadership of the team following Fear Itself.

    Origin

    Daniel "Danny" Dubois is the son of Zelda DuBois and an unknown father and was completely unaware of his mother's dual identity as the criminal Princess Python. He was raised within wealthy circles and attends the same schools as Kate Bishop. He eventually decided to follow in the footsteps of his role model, the Punisher, and become a urban vigilante known as the Executioner. Becoming a member of the Young Masters, Executioner was often reprimanded for his harsh actions against the criminals they fought.

    Creation

    Executioner was created by Paul Cornell and Mark Brooks and first appeared in Dark Reign: Young Avengers #1.

    Character Evolution

    Executioner returned in the Vengeance miniseries where he had taken over leadership of the Young Masters. He led the team on several recruitment drives and missions to investigate the "old guard" of super-villains.

    Powers and Abilities

    Executioner has no superhuman abilities but is skilled with conventional firearms and weapons. He carries an assortment of firearms, including two pistols and two rifles. He has access to an FBI database which he uses to research criminal targets as well as his family's accumulative wealth.
