This psychotic reporter took this old lady's head into her hands and exploded it between her palms like rotten fruit!!!1 It was un-sane!
And ANSWERS!!11 We receive glorious, delicious, fleeting bits of answers in this issue about that alternate reality we've been soooo curious about!!!
This issue was like a hard punch in the gut. There were lot of revealing moments and shocking scenes which have coalesced well into Vaughn's witty dialogue and political rhetoric. Tony Harris' art was suffering this issue but making a statement like that is tantamount to saying Da Vinci had a bad piece of art displayed in a museum. Harris beats most artists on his bad days but regardless I could tell his art was rushed and possibly incomplete. Why his art wasn't inked in its normal way remains a mystery but there was one scene, the exploding head scene, in which this "dirty" style actually excelled and added depth to the violence.
The end is looming nigh and Mitchell Hundred faces a reckoning… I can't believe we're so close to the end!!!
