No they are not humans, like how mutants, deviants, and inhumans, aren't human.

There is no comparison, Eternals are a totally different species, just like the Deviants that are their rival. You can't even compare mutants to Eternals. The only thing that comes remotely close would be beings like the Externals and the various Marvel gods.
