Origin
Professor Binder is a scientist, operative and experimental test subject of a special superpower program developed by H.I.V.E under the guise of Alton Labs. His work facilities were one of the many spots The Titans struck at in order to find the missing memory engram of Karen Duncan. What they didn't count on was finding out the reason why H.I.V.E; through their various networks and front operations had been activating, collecting and storing various metahuman abilities throughout the world for.
Much less the fact that Mr. Binder was a prototype subject of a programmable powers and upgrade parameters all provided by an A.I. computer hub system dubbed Hive Mind. Endgame quickly showcased a host of phenomenal abilities all downloaded into his being through the computer system his suit is connected to.
In a brief instant he overwhelms the Titans with a host of different superpowers as well as customized downloaded fighting skills available to him. Steadily whittling down Donna Troy, Garth, Flash, and Nightwing in that order. Until Wally discovered a new ability bestowed by the Speed Force in lite of his heart injury. Gaining the ability to manipulate time in order to catch the lethal adversary off guard, besting him with a superspeed punch in the end. He and all of his H.I.V.E soldiers were eventually rounded up and incarcerated, only for Binder to reveal that his facility does not have Bee's memory engram.
Powers & Abilities
Endgame Protocol
A special enhanceile engineering program incorporated into him through a high tech-suit. Binder can initiate & utilize a host of unique special powers via voice command through the mysterious Hivemind A.I. One of the flaws that come through this program is that Endgame cannot upload new powers if his suit is compromised or if the HiveMind intelligence doesn't have the desired power on had to upload.
