When using her magic, does Enchantress have to verbally recite the spell, or is she skilled enough to not have to?

I don't think there's an established law. It seems like some things require her to speak while others are done with hand gestures. This is just a guess from what I've seen.

From scans I've looked at, I'd agree. Occasionally I'll see her speaking while other times not. Thanks!

Only for the most complex spells,most times,she doesnt need to.

And it also seems as though her speaking is more for the readers benefit so we know what's happening.  Like Emma raising her hand to her head when using TP.

Its basic magic rule. The more skill and powerful a magi user is, the fewer spells that they require to speak on. perfect example bleach soul reapers and their use of kido. captains can do numerous kido spells with out the incantations due to their power and skill, but lower level soul reapers have to say the full incantaion to use them.
