Dr. Cugat is the son of two expert scientist. After his mother, Kelly Brock, went into a cryogenic mission, he and his father experimented the full aftermath of the global war. He was mutated a given a third eye.
With help of his father, Cugat learned much about genetics, and in his adulthood, he decides to revive the old humankind, creating the Ex-mutants, from local mutant teens. He sent them in a mission to help the Shattered Earth.
However, the Ex-mutants become very restless and negligent, abandoning him for their own objectives. Dr. Cugat finally went mad and decided to capture his children (The ex-mutants) and destroy himself with them, using an old Russian nuclear bomb.
However the russian bomb, ended being a experimental dimensional bomb, that sent Cugat, into a nightmarish dimension Acarnania, futher mutating him.
In the new situation, Cugat become madder and began to recruit an army of demons, with help of his "New Ex-Mutants", and allied with the Alien Dahlgren in a effort to conquer Earth and destroy his lost children.
