Transported to a hospital for a sudden illness , for Dylan Dog begins an ordeal with no end in the worst of horrors : the disease . A dark evil has taken possession of him , torturing and consuming it day after day , without anyone being able to do anything to save it. The only way out seems to be to face the creature that is killing him , reaching her into the heart of suffering . A place that is just a step away from death .
