    A  boy named  Vaal  has visions  when a person  is killed , and every time , he calls  Dylan  Dog  to see if  there are  indeed  victims .  Scotland Yard  accuses him  of  murder and he  is declared  mentally  ill  and confined  in a psychiatric clinic .  Dylan ,  however, is  not  convinced that he is the murderer .
