    Dreamwave Productions was an art studio and comic book publisher created in 1996 by brother Pat Lee and Roger Lee. Originally an imprint of Image Comics, it became independent in 2002. Dreamwave went bankrupt in early 2005 due to money issues regarding the staff and the company itself. It was bought later in 2005 by Christian Dery, but has since went bankrupt again and all properties purchased were reverted back to co-founder Roger Lee.
