Saga 1: Universe 6 Saga

The tournament between U6 and U7 that will start soon :)

Saga 2: Demon Saga

A demon from the demon world comes to earth with his minions and controls the minds of people. Takes place during that gap between the Tournament with Uub and GT.

Saga 3: Universal Saga

The Z Fighters explore the 12 Universes and must find a gem in each universe and fight the Gods of Destruction

Awesome idea. I've thought of the same thing, that their should be a saga involving the demon realm. I think that would be the perfect next villain.

I'm going to start off the same way you did with mine.

Champa Saga

Obviously we all know what this is.

Future Goten Saga

A Future Goten comes back in time from a similar timeline that Future Trunks experienced. Except in Goten's future it is demons who are causing problems. (Takes place a couple months after Champa Saga)

Demon Realm Saga

(I realize this is sort of what you had but this is honestly what I'd do.) The portal between the Human Realm and the Demon Realm is opened and a new villain exists destroying human civilization. He is the strongest in the realm and is known as a Demon god (not Demigra).

Universes Tournament Saga

All 12 universes compete in a grand tournament. Each universe can bring up to 8 fighters. Universe 7's fighters: Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Buu, Goten, Trunks, Uub, and Gohan. The winner of the tournament gets to fight the most powerful being in all the universes for the first time in centuries. (Takes place a couple years after end of DBZ).

Supreme god Saga

Goku and Vegeta fuse into Vegito to face off against the Supreme god who is the strongest being of all time.

I wouldn't change anything. Half the people who think they could write better stories actually can't simple as that. Additionally, have never been in the writer's shoes.

Don't change anything besides Toei's awful scheduling when it pertains to working their key-animators. The art and animation would be better if the animators simply had more time, and it would help the story flow more eloquently. The retelling of the movies wasn't a bad idea either, actually. It went into more detail (BoG of course) and added some cool features that the movie left out simply because of time. Add in the fact that new feats and such were introduced in the show, and you realize how much better the re-tellings truly were.

Also, any fans that are complaining about the story wouldn't even be able to write a half-ass decent story, no better than Dragonball Movie 8.

First: the tournament saga

Second: Basically one billion years ago, an evil person who is 11x stronger than whis was defeated by 12 whis' who did a fusion dance. He was sealed up, but was released by the pilaf gang and killed the 12 other whis' one by one. Then goku and vegeta must get stronger than whis, then potara fuse.

Third: We learn that when kami split up, he actually turned into 3 beings. The third being escaped, learned the absorbtion technique, and absorbed piccolo who is now as strong as whis. His power gets multiplied by a lot and calls himself the evil namek. Vegeta dies and goku/gohan takes all it can to beat him. Eventually, goku/gohan 12 universal spirit bomb, and piccolo takes control of the evil name's mind for a few seconds, and they win the fight. Piccilo returns back to normal

Fourth:"the first saiyan" appears from a thirteenth universe and he was the first saiyan to ever exist. Vegeta (first time) eventually beats him with intense training and a lot of zenkais. He blabs about being the prince of all saiyans and he doesn't care if that man was the first.

Fifth: Red ribbon army reforms and gets all the dragon balls. They make a wish for the strongest evil being in history, the demon king (who was killed long ago by the strongest good being), to be revived. The demon king is smart, and lets the red ribbon army live while killing everything else. Goku wishes for the strongest good being, and the evil and good clash but the evil guy wins this time as he was training, but the good guy freezes the evil villain for a year. Goku and the crew train, and when the year is over, they fight but lose easily. Then goku gets all of the z fighter's power and fights the evil guy at a small disadvantage. Goku is about to lose, but then uses all his life energy to fire off a last kamahamaha and destroys the evil guys strongest attack and kills the evil guy. Goku then dies but is revived by the namkes and happily ever after.

These ideas will probably make everyone quit watching db though, cause they are terrible. But it was fun making them up.

1. Beerus

- This saga introduces the character Beerus as the Top God of Destruction. It's a little different here as there's no Whis or anything like that. The Gods of Destruction are pretty much just the Anti- Kais who spend most of their time infighting, a testament to their name as they really are self destructive, which explains why we haven't seen them before. Beerus defeats the other Gods of Destruction since they were more interested in themselves than their duties as keepers of balance. After finally realizing their most powerful avatar of destruction, Buu, has been defeated years ago, Beerus travels to the mortal dimension and studies the heroes. Fights ensue, and throughout his battle with Goku, Beerus realizes he's having a really good time and decides to hand over his Godly duties for while to someone else. At the end of the arc, after soundly defeating Goku, he decides to train Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Buu, Tien, and Piccolo all the while secretly beginning to decide which one he will mentor into Godhood.

2. True/Legendary Super Saiyan

- During the clash of Beerus and Goku a distant spaceship is forced to make a detour. This detour takes them to a supermassive black hole where they find a figure endlessly falling into it's singularity. Using their advanced tech they grab the person and save him....which promptly leads to their destruction. This figure is the first ever Super Saiyan and the only to actually achieve it's true form. As the Z-Fighters are training with Beerus, this saiyan travels the universe over the years and collects saiyans who are still performing their duties on distant outpost. He rebuilds the saiyain empire and it is revealed he's actually the ancestor of Vegeta. After he finds out that there are siayns who abandoned there duties living on earth he decides to attack. It's basically an all out war. The saga ends with Vegeta achieving the true super saiyan form, defeating his ancestor, and claiming his place as the rightful king of all saiyans.

3. Godhood

It turns out the most dastardly God of Destruction, Champa, survived his encounter with Beerus and during the years he held a grudge. He trained and enlisted the help of several powerful combatants to assassinate Beerus. And since he's a d*ck, he's going to destroy the universe as well and recreate it in his image using the super dragon balls. On earth during this time, however, Goku and Gohan have achieved the true super saiyan form, other Z-fighters like trunks, Tien and Piccolo are leagues stronger than they were, and the saiyans have integrated themselves into the solar system, choosing to live on the mars or something. Anyways, Beerus finds this out and decides to take out Champa by himself, but is jumped and killed. The Z-Fighters want revenge and decide to take the fight to Champa with Goku killing him in the end. Beerus contacts Gku from the other world and tells him he's been preparing him for Godhood this whole time since the universe needs someone as pure and as combat spirited as him to keep balance in the universe. Goku accepts. But first, he want to have a greatest hits (literally) goodbye phase so he discovers Buu's reincarnation Uub, fights him, then passes him along to Trunks to train. He spars with Gohan and the rest of the Z-Fighters and is satisfied that they can protect earth from anything. And finally, he travels to mars to meet King Vegeta. The series ends with them taking their iconic stances on some far off planet, ready to do battle one last time.

Some ideas:

1. BoG: Goes same as previous, except that beerus , after finding out that goku defeated majin buu, goes to find him, rather than freeza. He's amazed how goku, who's less than 0.001% of his power could defeat the mighty majin buu. However, he then realizes that majin buu was incomplete when he was defeated. , goku turns SSG , & fights beerus.
2. RoF: Freeza is secretly trained by champa & Vados, who realize his super vast potential. In turn, freeza promises to help champa later on vs beerus. He has gathered strongest beings all around the universe to get his army even more powerful, & tagoma is his taining partner selected by champa himself. Freeza faces Mr buu too, & somewhat defeats him in first form. He also had charged up sorbet ring with 1% of his power in case of emergency. Rest remains the same.
3. U6 tournament: Champa proposes the tournament to switch earths. He wins by cheating. Beerus is not happy. After switching earths, champa & vados force the strongest fighters ( goku, vegeta & hit (the purple guy)) to prepare for fight & kill beerus and whis. It is revealed that vados is the real villain & she's jealous of her little brother becoming strong enough to match her.
4. Training arc: End of Z takes place here. Goku trains uub for a month he got leave from training. When champa feels like the fighters have become strong enough to tip scales in his favour, the super DB's have become active again, & whis has collected 6 out of 7 , but the last one lies close to vados. He has already noticed that his sister is planing something evil, but he goes to find it out (so that he can get the earth & its food back). He is sneak attacked by vados & champa, and hurt badly. he survives, though. However, hit notices that he has super DB's, so he sneaks them away.
5. Vados arc: Vados is the new challenge for heroes. Even though goku & vegeta have both reached beerus level, they can't do anything to her. On earth , piccolo & gohan are doing some special training, as piccolo felt something bad & evil. Vados threatens to destroy the entire universe, including the saiyans & namekians planet with earth if they don't help them against whis.
6. Super vegetto arc: The return of super vegetto. U6 kaioshins help goku & vegeta to get potara , & fuse into most powerful being ever. He finally kills champa & even vados after an epic battle. However , hit uses the super dragon balls & wishes for 10 times of super vegetto's power to be transferred to him, making him the most powerful being in existence.
7. The power of destruction arc : Hit then proceeds to destroy new namek in U7. He also kills whis , beerus & kaioshins , then goes to afterlife, and wipes out of existence everyone present there, in both U6 & U7.
8. Super DB's arc: Vegetto goes to Mr buu , and asks him to absorb & defuse him. After vegetto defuses, hit seems to have become a lot weaker (10x goku & vegeta), but still wayyyy above even whis level. Now the heroes have the task to search the super DB's & correct everything. Gohan & piccolo have individually surpassed beerus & they help against hit in the final battle. Goku & vegeta die ultimately, while krillin wishes for everything to go back in time to when beerus wakes up, and make him forget about earth.

wow future trunks meets future gotan could be kewl if used with Goku and vegeta of course. I still prefer my main to be goku and vegeta.
