    I've never cared about power scaling, seeing mass destruction was what worked me up.

    That's why Toriko is one of my favorite manga. Destruction porn. Also it constantly made you aware of just how powerful the characters are. DBS is garbage tier for damage showings outside of exposition and narration telling you what something can do.

    If you had someone read Toriko and read DBS and didn't tell them anything about how strong the characters are supposed to be 9/10 people would probably tell you Toriko looks much stronger.

    I thought this was why GT villains were considered weak, despite statements, why doesn't Super get flak for it much?

    That was anime only tho. Toriyama was kinda lazy not to show off his characters powers. No wonder people downplay DB.
