When gogeta instant transmissions next to whis he actually appears in the spot whis is standing.

But right as gogeta appears (instant transmission is an instant teleportation) whis moves over to allow gogeta room.

This is a near instant speed feat

Whis was faster than gogeta instantly appearing. Meaning he reacted and moved to someone who was moving near infinite speed.

Maybe deathstar could look into a calc for this?

Ultra Instinct must offer even better precog than we thought, because how could Whis’s body know that Gogeta was preparing an instant transmission on the other side of the planet? It seems Ultra Instinct just dodges any danger automatically, doesn’t even matter if the user can’t sense anything coming.

You can look at this one of two ways

1. Whis is already moving
or
2. Since the background is moving, the 'camera' is zooming out and Gogeta teleports infront of Whis.

Either way, Whis isn't dodging anything.

You can see the increase of movement right before Gogeta teleports there, and it ain't the camera moving. The background hasn't zoomed out at all. I'm on the side that Whis actually reacted to that.

Not a quantifiable speed feat, since we have no idea how fast the disappearance/manifestation of the instant transmission is, more like a higher sense of detection of all things possibly caused by his mastery of UI.

You can see whis moving casually then instantly accelerating just before gogeta appears right in his former position. That just shows his hax angel level UI is, as they are always on UI mode

This has nothing to do with speed...It is probably a precognition ability which means Whis can anticipate movements that are yet to be done by other individuals....Or his body is always in mastered ultra instinct mode which means it moves on its own without the need of brain to issue a command pulse...

Whatever the case it is just marvelous representation on how angels are completely unmatched in H2H combat...

You can probably name a lot of characters in fiction who posses greater powers but i am yet to see who would win against dragon ball super angel in conventional fist fight...
