Vegeta can now forcefully remove stolen energy or fusion energy from an opponent.

So he could in theory now contend with characters who get energy from eating it, fusing for it, gathering it, etc.

This could let him take on someone like fully fed galactus as he could drain the planet energy that galactus eats.

Anyone who draws power from an outside source or another party would be vulnerable to this ability.

But doesn't Galactus have resistance to that?

He literally revived namekians, it's soul related as well plus it's not limited to fused beings or absorption as Goku mentioned. Vegeta used this on Yadrats who are neither.

Is it just me or dose any body remember the rumor that Buu was going to be important to this arc? ( possibly because he was snubbed out of the last arc) Perhaps Vegeta releases the Kai's Buu absorbed, and because they are immortal despite being fully absorbed they come back to life?

This new technique from vegeta is very hax when he fights enemy that steal/gets energy, life energy or souls from other sources not there own. For example, Juggernaut can get his power removed from him since he is borrowing energy from Traigon. Or remove kyubi from Naruto or any jinjuriki killing them instantly. Another example would be ripping out souls from character that steal souls like Shang Tsung or Shao Kahn thus draining the majority of their powers.

@lordragoon: Tbf...Vegeta would basically wreck stomp on all those characters anyway. Only Jugs would be any sort of an issue.

The real question is what characters would he really need it against, and would it work? I'd be interested in a Vegeta/GL energy battle, for example.

qi(chee)/ki is the energy of life/soul/spirit and exist in all things. Goku is able to absorb ki from the sun to fuel the spirit bomb, so Vegeta should be able to remove any sun's ki energy anybody absorb.

yea ik about life energy i watched db i did not read manga and i wanted to be sure what vegeta ability is so short story finally a db character that can stomp superman hah.

Not clear from the black and white manga ( on new form)((likely not)) but he is much more powerful. and Goku clearly states Vegeta is the superior for the moment.
