Piccolo
The strongest non-saiyan alien on earth.
Piccolo (ピッコロ・ジュニア, Pikkoro Junia) is a Namekian and also the final child and reincarnation of King Piccolo ((ピッコロ大魔王,Pikkoro Daimaō), later becoming the reunification of the Nameless Namekian after fusing with Kami.
A wise, expert strategist who was originally a ruthless enemy ofGoku, Piccolo later becomes a permanent member of the Z Fighters, largely due to forming a close bond with Goku's first-born son Gohan after training him in preparation for the impending arrival of the Saiyans and other future threats.
Yet to come - Speed, strength , energy projection etc.
Keep all the hype up, this is going to be my best respect thread till now.
History
Strength:

- Beginning of DBZ/ 23rd TB:
Able to leave huge craters in ground.
Ki amped punches / kicks:
His punches were able to hurt goku significantly. The same goku who deflected piccolo's explosive wave rather easily. Piccolo's explosive wave was able to put a little resistance against super kamehameha, and was able to effectively vaporise entire cities.
Punching / kicking strength - Strong enough to hurt city level to close to sub-moon level durability people.
- Post Nail Merging:
Piccolo was able to hurt second form freeza WITH HIS WEIGHTED CLOTHES ON.
Punching strength: Able to hurt people who can tank close to planetary attacks easily.
Strong enough to punch away powerful ki blast volleys from SECOND FORM freeza, where first form freeza is shown to be multi-planetary ki output.
- Post Kami merging:
His punches were significantly hurting Android 17, while his weaker sister was able to tank everything from SS vegeta, who is MUCH, MUCH stronger than Namek goku.
Namek goku did this to a guy who can survive planetary explosions with 0 ki left AND cut in half.
Punching / Kicking strength: Can hurt people with planetary++ durability.
Durability:
- Beginning of DBZ:
He flat-out tanks the super kamehameha of goku at 23rd TB.
(Note: It also pushed piccolo's city-busting attack back, which also hit him)
Durability: Can tank moon busting attacks.
- Post Nail Merging:
He survived beating from 3rd form freeza. He was able to shrug-off attacks from powered-up second form freeza.
He survived a death beam from 50% freeza.
Durability: Can survive attacks which can hurt people with planetary durability. Can survive sub-planetary attacks at least.
- Post Kami merging:
He survived everything #17 threw at him with no damage.
He was able to barely survive blast from imperfect cell, who was MUCH stronger than super saiyans, who are strong enough to destroy planets.
Durability: Can tank attacks which can hurt people with planetary durability. Can tank sub-planetary attacks. Can survive planetary attacks.

21st TB - Happens in high milliseconds (Krillin-Roshi feat)
22nd TB - Mid microseconds (Tao pai pai feat)
23rd TB - By logic, it must be atleast in high nanoseconds, with putting the top level (Goku & Piccolo to mid nanoseconds range atleast)

Post Nail merging, he should be able to operate in low nanoseconds easily, if not faster.

- Beginning of DBZ:
He blew up the moon. However, he did not use a large amount of his energy, given that he wasn't tired after that, and still have energy to spare, a lot. Energy output - MOON+
- Saiyan battle:
He was able to completely wipe out a being of raditz level, with a casual mouth blast.
Raditz was shown to be able to tank attacks of moon level. Saibaman survived a Kamehameha from yamcha.
Energy output - MULTI-MOON
- Post Nail Merging:
He was able to deflect a serious blast from third form freeza. First form freeza was able to perform casual multi-planet explosions with death ball.
He was able to hurt second form freeza with a casual blast.
Energy output - ATLEAST NEAR-PLANETARY
- Post Kami merging:
He was able to nearly kill android 17 with his first attack, which consisted of only a few casual ki blasts. Androids were able to survive anything from super saiyans , who are planetary level atleast.
His super-powerful blast shitless scared 17.
Energy output - PLANETARY+ TO MULTI-PLANETARY (likely)
Skills and abilities:
1. Basic Ki blasts:
He can fire basic level ki blasts which have huge destructive capacity. These ki blasts may be of various types.
2. Giant form:
He can become really huge , as much as he wants to. He showed this ability at 23rd TB against goku.
In this form, his physical strength increases vastly while his speed is still maintained.
3. Eye beams
He can fire laser-like beams from his eyes.
4. Mouth Blast
It is a very powerful attack of piccolo, which has incredible power in it. It is used in 23rd TB vs goku and blows a hole in him. It is also used vs saibaman and completely vaporises it casually.
5. After-image technique
The ability to move so fast that it leaves images behind him looking like real ones. It can be used on opponents who have perception speed lower than or comparable to him.
6. Flying ability
He can fly, very fast. He can travel thousands of km in a few minutes only, and probably not even using his top speed.
7. Self - Healing ability
He can heal his wounds from the battle with the use of ki. This is due to his namekian biology.
8. Regeneration
He can regenerate his lost body by using his ki, thanks to being a fighting namekian. However, he needs his head to stay intact.
9. Electrical shock blast
He can create an electrical shock blast from his antenna and throw it at his opponents whenever he feels the need to get a break or turn the tables.
He uses this attack against goku at 23rd TB when goku is landing a combo on him, to give himself a breath.
10. Stretching limbs
He cans stretch his limbs during fight thanks to being a fighting namekian.
He uses this very often in sparring type and tournament type battles. He uses this against krillin and goku at 23rd TB. He also uses this in DB super while training and while fighting frost.
11. Energy waves
He can fire energy waves of continuous power for a beam struggle. He can use this to output a lot of energy.
He uses this in 23rd TB against goku, when everyone tried to interfere to destroy the ground beneath them, etc. He uses this against raditz. He uses this to destroy the moon. He later uses this vs nappa and burns his back, making him angry.
12. Explosive demon wave
He uses this attack for very high destructive power. This is an extremely powered-up energy wave, which can nearly kill fighters of comparable power levels. This attacks can easily level cities and later moon.
13. Ki Sensing
He can sense the power of his opponent. He can sense an energy attack, a punck, a kick etc too. He can also predict the location of his opponent.
14. Ki control
He can control his power level according to the fight. He can suppress his power, conserving energy, and releasing only when needed.
15. Chasing blast
He can fire a very powerful blast which is initially slow, but suddenly gains speed and chases his opponent. This blast has got a lot of power in it.
He used this against goku at 23rd TB.
16. Super explosive demon wave
An attack which concentrates all of piccolo's might in an island sized area and explodes with incredible power. It leaves nothing but goku when it is used at 23rd TB. It looks like it takes a little bit of time to charge. This is an omnidirectional attack with piccolo as epicentre, affecting everything but him in its range.
Goku is forced to take it so that the risk of heavy damage to surroundings and other people is minimized. However, he survives it barely.
17. HellZone Grenade
This is a potential one-hit kill technique. Piccolo throws a barrage of ki blasts at his opponents at random, then holds them at the right place surrounding the opponent completely , leaving nowhere to go. He then simultaneously converges all the ki blasts into the enemy, causing a powerful explosion.
He used this attack against android 17. It is worth mentioning that 17 survived thanks to his android barrier, which can nullify ki attacks hitting from various directions.
18. Telekinesis
Piccolo has shown to possess some degree of telekinesis. Piccolo daimao was able to use TK to lift DB's and piccolo jr possesses all his might and abilities.
In the anime, piccolo shows lifting pyramids with TK while training.
19. Enhanced senses
He can see and hear things which a human can't , thanks to his highly sensitive ears and eyes from his namekian origin.
20. Telepathy
Piccolo has shown low-level TP.
King piccolo was able to talk to his sons by TP. Piccolo uses TP several times to talk with gohan. He uses TP across dimensions to talk to Goten & Trunks in RoSaT.
21. Light grenade
This is probably the strongest blast piccolo has used in the series. He used it against imperfect cell for no result. This attack completely scared android 17 & 18.
This is just a big ball of ki.
22. Super Intelligence
Piccolo is shown to be the smartest fighter in the series. He calls himself the "strategist" of universe 7 in front of frost.
He has been shown to make on-spot strategies multiple times - like against Nappa , Freeza , Androids , etc. Unlike most of the Z-fighters, he is non-arrogant and gets straight to point and gets the job done.
23. Cloning
He has shown to be able to make many clones of himself to confuse the enemy. Although these clones don't have the strength or durability of the original, they are still effective especially when charging some attack.
He uses this against frost in universal tournament.
24. Fighting skill
He is shown to be one of the most skilled fighters in the series, giving goku the most brutal fight of his life while being a bit WEAKER than him. He is treated in the same league as goku and vegeta when it comes to fighting abilities.
He has the skill and experience of Piccolo Daimao , Kami , Nail and himself acquired over the years.

They can e used in close combat
26. Matter materialization
He can create matter out of nowhere. He uses this ability to create weighted clothes, fighting gear, to create time-box for buu etc.
Although he has not shown to use this ability in battles, he can logically use it to give his opponent a difficult time by giving them heavy clothes.
27. Makankosappo (Special Beam Canon)
Saving the best for the last - by far the most powerful attack piccolo uses. He uses this first time against raditz. It is a penetrating technique, which can penetrate through many things easily. However, it has a disadvantage - it needs to be charged up for a significant time.
Piccolo used this attack 3 times :
- Against Raditz - it was dodged
- Against Raditz and goku - both were killed
- Against frost in universe tournament, unable to hit him because he was poisoned. However, it broke Vados' barrier.
Power levels
Not literally numbers. It is to show how powerful he was at various points of time as series progresses.
23rd TB / BoZ
He's too strong for anyone but goku. At the tournament, he was severely weakened, drained and tired, but still implied that he'd fodderize everyone, GOD included , and gets knocked out by a headbutt from goku.
Too powerful for Tien, Krillin , Roshi , Yamcha , Yajirobe , Popo , Kami to do anything against him COMBINED, but barely weaker than goku
Too weak to do anything against raditz alone but able to put up a fight with goku's help, and able to win with his best technique.
Saiyan arc
He is able to completely evaporate a saibaman, who is about the same strength as Raditz , with one casual mouth blast. However, he is helpless against nappa, even with teamwork.
Krillin and Nappa imply that he is much stronger than others. However, raging gohan is stronger than him.
Strong enough to treat raditz level like fodder. Too weak to do anything to Nappa with even teamwork.
Somewhere between 1200 and 2800.
Pre Nail Merging
He was said to have "powered up incredibly" by himself. King kai did not say anything about him not taking freeza, so he must have definitely powered up a lot.
Nail was "astonished" at piccolo's power, and it is likely that he wasn't even at full power. However , it was clear that piccolo stood no chance against freeza. So, since nail is around the same strength as ginyu force, and not even FP piccolo was astonishing to him, it is very likely that piccolo would've wiped out all the ginyu force with ease and potentially the captain too, but Freeza was too much for him.
Strong enough to wipe out any of freeza's henchmen with ease. Strong enough to pick ginyu force apart, and likely tangle with captain ginyu. However, too weak to even stand a chance against freeza.
Somewhere between 42,000 and 530,000
Post-Nail Merging
He was dominating powered-up second form freeza IN WEIGHTED CLOTHES, while non-powered-up freeza was already "over 1 million" and completely overwhelming everyone including gohan , vegeta and krillin.
However, 3rd form freeza completely overwhelmed him in power and speed, even after he removed his clothes.
Strong enough to dominate second form freeza with weights on. Not strong enough to have a chance against 3rd form freeza, and nothing to final form freeza.
Over 1 million for sure
Pre-Kami merging
He is able to completely domainate POST ABSORPTION Dr Gero, while pre-absorption Gero was implied to be above a tired SS vegeta.
However, android 17 one-shots him.
Strong enough to be a level close to supper saiyans. However, not at their level yet.
Very like in many millions
Post-Kami Merging
He is able to completely dominate imperfect cell, who's stronger than Super Saiyans, and fight on par with android 17, who one-shotted him and SS Trunks easily.
He is , however , overwhelmed by Post absorption cell, who's about as strong as #16.
Stronger than the super saiyans. Strong enough to fight #17 on equal levels, and dominate pre-absorptions. Weaker than #16 and post absorption cell by a significant margin.
Above freeza.
Cell Games
He is powered up greatly, but is still nothing to cell (who is perfect now). However, he puts up a decent effort against cell jrs, but not noted by cell as evenly fighting cell. (However, cell doesn't necessarily "exclude" him from the quote)
Stronger than Tired SS goku and humans, but weaker than cell jrs.
Able to put some resistance against cell jrs, but likely not on the same level.
Buu arc:
He is implied to be interested in fighting super saiyans. However, it is clear that hes not on the level of SS goku atleast, and definitely not on SS2 level.
In U6 arc, goku-vegeta imply him being FAR above SS kids.
Strong enough to be close to SS level, but weaker than any SS2, and possibly weaker than SS vegeta and goku.
Stronger than SS kids.
