Who wins?

This is just gonna go back to Jiren vs Goku & Vegeta which is what's currently going on, all the other factors don't matter.

If all at full power then UI Goku will solo

Pretty much jiren solos if it's not mastered ui Goku.

Goku solos if it's mastered ui Goku.

Vegeta, frieza, toppo, dyspo are all fodder to those two tbh

We'll find out in a few weeks.

Vegeta beats toppo, dyspo beats frieza, vegeta beats dyspo.

So vegeta and goku vs jiren, almost exactly the current situation in the anime.

Are they all at their strongest? If Dyspo or Toppo can drop Frieza fast enough, they might be able to catch Vegeta long enough for Jiren to take out Goku then Jiren finishes off Vegeta if needed. Dyspo isn’t a heavy hitter, but if he can deal with both Frieza and Gohan individually in his other mode then he could be faster than Vegeta as well. Vegeta and Frieza don’t exactly seem like they’re on completely different levels of speed.

According to my sources validated by TORIYAMA, the daishinkan will allow the U7 to let bring one of their fallen warrio in one condition and that condition is to let the univer 11 invite one warrior from their universe to enter the arena. So U7 will bring Gohan and U11 will invite el hermano, the brother of Jiren, to join them.

El hermano:

Gohan Blanco:

During this tournament Gohan will unblock the transformation of Gohan Blanco who turned out to be useless against el hermano

Then Gohan will transform into gohan Calvo:

Then, he'll suprise everybody by turning into Gohan blanco completado calvo.

And he'll defeat Easily both el hermano and zeno in this form. According to Toriyama's twitter

So after that weirdness. I believe Jiren,Toppo, and Dyspo would win. Dyspo beats Freiza. Even if Vegeta beats Toppo by self destruction Dyspo or Jiren would beat him. Goku never gets the chance to become UI so Jiren beats him easily.
