Because these scenes are bad ass

After watching that, yes by far with takahashi being 2nd. I hope this is the style going foward for Dragon Ball.

Those cuts are amazing with Umakoshi from MHA on board as well.

Interesting that we’ve seen so much of Takahashi, Onishi, and now Shida, but not much of Tate (only bits from him we’ve seen was broly vs freeza and the small clip of broly fighting ssjb goku as Chirai voices over)

This movie is gonna be a freakin spectacle. This is what happens when designs are given that actually allows for my expression and fluidity (albeit, Takahashi doesn’t really follow the character sheets, but we’d have to see how it looks for the full movie)

I like Takahashi a bit more honestly, Shida is amazing too but it's a bit too chaotic compared to Takahashi. This movie is gonna be beautiful.

@mike_fowler: because the couple clips from Tate I’ve seen in the movie just don’t look near as fancy or main stage as the other animators

It looks like they gave Shida a ton of the gogeta vs broly scenes. Just like they gave him the the final MUI Goku vs jiren scene

Honestly, he's my personal favorite animator from Toei. Although Takahashi is a better artist, Shida has the best sense of choreography and dynamic camera work. Especially that time Goku and Trunks went up against Goku Black and Zamasu.

@scotchbear: I was thinking out aloud in regards to Tate since we’ve only seen maybe two short clips of the parts that he’s worked on
