After all, Zamasu said that when a divine being goes beyond super saiyan god, they turn pink. Goku and Vegeta are mortals who use god ki but are not actually gods like Beerus is. If they were given the status of God of Destruction, when they try to go beyond super saiyan god, would they turn pink instead of blue?

Well maybe that would be a good color. Goku Black is a god in a mortal's body and he went pink. One would assume Goku and Vegeta would since they are mortals who use god ki, while Goku Black is a god.

I don't think so, they would remain red or blue, or white if Goku turns on UI. Or maybe after full training and accesing ki of destruction they would stay in base without need to go god forms with white hair inly when going UI.

The reason why Goku Black hair is pink is because unlike Goku and Vegeta, he is actually a god (by soul). Being a true god isn't just a status, it means that you have god ki naturally, even in your base form. Right now Goku and Vegeta still has to transform to attain god ki, but once they go back to their normal forms they revert to their own mortal ki. Even when Goku "absorbed" the god ki as his own, it is still converted into mortal ki.

So right now, Goku and Vegeta can still transform to either their yellow SSj forms, or their SS Blue forms. However if they are a true god, god ki would be their own ki, and there will be no difference between the 2 forms. They will only have one SSj form, because SSGSS (generic term for both SS Blue and SS Rose) IS their SSj form already.

well it's just like how did adding vegeta and bulma's hair colors together make purple (or even just keep it blue for that matter if you want to bring DBS Trunks into it)

Zamasu was still an attendant of a kaioshin when he mind switched with goku, and that is a position, and kibito explained that such a position grants its user abilities, such as trunks healing power which were nerfed once he left that position, so if goku were to become an attendant of a kaioshin, or from a speculative point, kaioshin or hakaishin, then he would have access super saiyan rose, the true God form beyond Saiyan Red God form rather than the blue one.
