But that depends on how you decide to interpret statements made in the show since Goku has become 100 times more powerful and gained new forms after BOG. Unless we are to assume that Toriyama retconned the UV busting feat in BOG, Goku is a multiple-universe buster, just not a multiverse.

If that the case than broly and gogeta clash of ripping the fabric of reality would be a universal level feat especially with the information from the book giving more detail on the clash.
