Angels are leagues above mortals and always will be. Do you poeple honestly think goku will ever reach them? He won't and not even close..

@ad-arts: The gods of destruction are also way above mortals, but goku will eventually pass them too. The angels are probably the final battle for goku, and will probably be the end of the series.

Of course he can! He just needs to train harder than he ever has before, and then in the next arc he's gonna train even harder than last time, and then that's when he's really gonna start training, and then... well you get where I'm going with this.

How powerful has Broly been shown to be?

If Vegeta couldn’t attain Ultra Instinct due to his nature, I can see no world where a hot head like broly taps into said state.

Theoretically speaking, he should be able to dwarf Goku, Jiren, and beerus at their best. And might be able to challenge the angels, physically.

With UI Broly should be able to challenge angels imo, but any higher is just speculation considering Whis was toying with Broly for a time.

Like a comment above said, UI doesn't fit Broly's fighting style. In case he manages to master it, that probably will be incomplete. Maybe an offensive counterpart to Goku's UI omen. That should definitely put him far above gods and mortals.
