In the movie, leaked scenes of gogeta vs broly have arrived

In the scenes gogeta and broly warp to different dimensions which appear to have spiral galaxies in the background (quality was sketchy). But the stills I’ve checked out definitely look to show galaxies in the background.

Gogeta and broly were both casually destroying them and surviving the shattering casually.

This is the first one screen showing of characters besides Zeno universe wiping to my knowledge.

Beerus is Universe Buster. Nothing to be surprised about here concerning Gogeta and Broly. A weaker Beerus 75 million years ago could destroy the Kaioshin realm which is 1/10th the size of the macrocosm, making it 1/5th the size of the Universe.

I just watched the entire movie myself, one of their fists (When Gogeta was turning into Super Saiyan Blue) broke the dimenional barrier of their world and put them in this weird dimension with countless Galaxy like spirals and the other punch broke the dimension completely and brought them back to the their original dimension. Just shows you the physicals that these DB character hold.

But then again we are talking about GoD+ tier beings. Not surprising.

And how can you say they destroyed it? The same thing happened when gogeta and broly entered that dimension by firing their ki attacks and yet the planet seems to be just fine.
If we go by the same logic, the shockwave just transported them back to their original dimension.

The first time Gogeta fired a kamehameha and broly fired a chou makouhou. They were transported to another dimension

The second both of them charged against each others and they were both blown away. And they were both brought back to their original dimension

In both cases we see them shattering the dimension they were in. it broke like glass. I'm pretty it was never inteded by toei that they destroyed the dimension.

When they broke into the dimension earth was seen in the background when the shattering occurred, it did not harm earth because earth and the dimension earth are in did not shatter

When they destroy the dimension you literally see the dimension itself shatter behind them and break apart.

in both media , manga and anime beerus and ssjg goku were about to destroy the universe with the force of their punch‘s.

gogeta ssb after ToP is an infinity amounts of times stronger than than a surpressed beerus and BoG ssjg goku.

I agree. I think we need to accept at this point that such massive collisions of ki are capable of breaking dimensional barriers (or perhaps spatial ones). There's a clear and consistent pattern now, though to be fair half of it is movie or anime filler. Regardless, I think this explains a lot of inconsistencies we deal with. Furthermore, gogeta/vegito are such powerful fusions it's only natural to start breaking these barriers down if their base forms scratched the surface of it. Regardless of what you think about the universal feat, it happened. It threatened the universe through some sort of effect, so it's no surprise it's happening here.

Finally.

Just watched the movie, anyone who says it didn’t happen is just pathetic at this point.

ssj red goku in the BOG saga is a universe buster so gogeta who's thousands of times stronger has no problem destroying universerses

Have you noticed that people rarely change their mind on here? Even after being proven wrong their anger and pride "I will not let a DB fan beat me". There's even a person in here calling DBS anime "filler" just to try to disconnect any legitimacy of good feats.

I've always been more interested in why people lowball and highball, over actually debating characters much myself.
