Many characters are pretty much in the same tier after my number 3-5..supreme kai of time is quite powerful as well considering she reigns over time and her pet lays time eggs for every universe.

Super Shenron is confirmed to have the limitless wishing power (Reality Warping) by an Omniscient, If you tell him to wipe out SS and TTGL verse, they can't resist it. Also his size and speed alone would kill SS verse lol but I don't know why we are even debating this here as its obvious.

Probably. And probably Zeno could do it, because erasing definitely works differently to destroying. Beerus can't destroy an immortal character no matter how weak that character is, but Zeno can erase them regardless of how strong they are.

Honestly, there's no way to know unless he does it, but he didn't make a distinction. He just said that he can't destroy immortals.

Like I say, Zeno doesn't destroy, he erases. And you know they're different things because they have different effects to them. And I dont think it does mean that Zeno is above Super Shenron (on the basis he "overpowered" a Super Shenron wish) but since he erased Zamasu, what he effectively did, if you take the word "erase" literaly, is erased Zamasu from existence. He didn't destroy his being, he used a different power to stop Zamasu existing at all. It stands to reason that if Super Shenron is unlimited in his ability to grant a wish then Zarama is omnipotent, which Zeno isn't. But that said, the way Dragonball works is that if you don't put a defence up, you can be harmed, so it's possible that Zeno could still erase Super Shenron even if Super Shenron is above Zeno.

If Living Tribunal destroyed Zamasu, I imagine that Zamasu would simply reform. Much like LT did when Thanos used the IG against him.

I was about to say that it was the 'apparently omniscient' Zuno that said it but I decided to go back and check and it turns out he didn't, it's Champa that says it. I mean, it's exposition so as long as its from a reliable source like a GoD it's fine, but it still would have been better coming from Zuno. So it COULD be hype, but I still believe that they're limitless, otherwise why would Champa say it when he wants them for himself?
