My guess is a hard no. If we go back to the gap that was stated once between Beerus and Whis, it was as large as the gap between Beerus and Goku. Now naturally that scale is no longer valid, but I think the point still stands. Whis is so far above Beerus that he couldn't even think of contending with him. I think when you reach the level at which you can take out someone cold in a single blow, that same level would be reasonable to assume you couldn't even tag them if you wanted to. And since we don't know quite how close to or above GoD that Limit Breaker Jiren is, even less of a chance. Would be fun to see though.
