Evolution should be SSB3 from the beginning, the dark blue recolor is literally the ugliest form they could give to Vegeta but Toei probably didn't wanted to draw and animate hair that long -_-

Hope this pic is how "Evolution" is gonna look like from now on. Blue as a form sucks balls either way tho.

If Super Saiyan Blue Grade 2 is supposed to be like Super Saiyan Grade 2, then that isn’t actually Super Saiyan Blue 2. Super Saiyan Grade 2 was the bulked up Super Saiyan form that Vegeta used against Semi-Perfect Cell. Super Saiyan Grade 3 was the further bulked up Super Saiyan form that Future Trunks used against Perfect Cell. Super Saiyan Grade 4 is what Goku and Gohan were using when they came out of the Time Chamber. Super Saiyan Grade 5 is what Super Saiyan 2 appears to have originally been called.

So if you’re looking for a Super Saiyan Blue 2 and a Super Saiyan Blue 3, I’m not sure if this would be it merely calling it Super Saiyan Blue Grade 2. As that would not be the name equivalent to Super Saiyan 2 when putting it in its Grade name.

Hopefully not, I'm tired of just hair color, or hair style changes for a transformation. I'd rather we get something more in line with SSJ4 if we get anymore transformations.
