If your toonforce allows you to fight and beat opponents of multi-galaxy+ - borderline universal level (Goku and Vegeta), then it must be pretty damn high on the arbitrary scale of toonforce levels.

"Toon force" is irrelevant anyway, this kind character most of time don't control it and change it from each scene, it should never be used in battle forums since it has no consistency at all.

beerus oneshotting arale was a clear indicator that toon force/gag cannot save you from powerful deities, arale is one of the prime examples of gag characters that always win but she stopped at beerus hard
