    A philanthropist who operated out of Jersey City, Villain was both friend and foe to Steel. After the DC Universe was altered, Villain reappeared as an on-call Doctor to Slade Wilson a.k.a Deathstroke.

    He is a doctor and Chief of Staff in Garden State Medical Centre in Jersey City that employs Steel and he is very morally ambiguous.


    He was created by Christopher Priest and Denys Cowan in their inaugural issue of Steel to establish a new status quo for John Henry irons. In rebirth, Priest brought him into Deathstroke as a physician as a possible shout out to his Steel run.

    Post Crisis

    He appears in multiple issues of the steel comic and is an antagonist for some time but also helps John Henry Irons and opertes Natasha when she is wounded.


    Four Rooms

    He is the personal physician for Slade Wilson and performs a checkup on Joseph Wilson(Joey), informing him that he has no physical illness.


    In twilight, Tanya Spears takes Deathstroke to him to have his deathstroke's vision problem. He is surprised by Tanya's intelligence for her age. Joey later brings Dr. Ikon(Isherwood) to Dr. villain when it is believed Isherwood dies and Villain is trying to restore him to life.
