Dr. Lubicus helps Maiden save Iron's life. He is also one of the doctor involved in the Section 67B Super Soldier program during the war. he has worked designing weapons for the syndicate since the war. He had designed the weapons that Dr. Johnson had purchased for his "army" that Iron had killed. He advised against saving Iron's life, but caved to Angel Chase's desire to save him, since he had tried to save her family.
Lubicus designed the two guns that Iron uses after recovering from his coma. He also has designed the weaponry that Angel uses. Lubicus feels regret for the death and destruction that has been caused by the inventions that he has helped bring about and create. He's hoping to redeem himself by assisting Iron and the Maiden in their quest against the Syndicate.
