he hasn't been seen at all in any of the Blackest Night tie in's so I really doubt that he is going to play any role what-so-ever in the end of Blackest Night

" he seems like the most logical choice for a black ring to go after since he has died more than anyone else. The theory of him evolving past the influence of the black ring is a good theory and i would like to see it and it would work out since superman is a black lantern. It wouldnt be the first time the world used doomsday as a defense weapon. I dont thikn it willl happen but i like the thought of it. I kinda thought that ever since they put on on solomn Grundy that doomsday wouldnt be far behind. They should have given him a red or black ring. Im actually kind of disappointed they never brought him in to this story, he fits really well in either of those lantern corps "

While I'm pretty sure that Doomsday is overall organic (living) in nature, I don't think he has the living spark that sentient creatures have.  Plus, how would the black lanterns remove his heart?  Does he even have one?  Does he have more than one? 
 
Does Doomsday even display an emotional spectrum?  A number of characters haven't displayed any, including a few B-listers like Tarpit.  The Black Lanterns completely ignored him.

I don't doomsday would save anyone and since he hates all life and doesn't hate the dead I think doomsday would completely ignore them and since nekron would more likely know how powerful doomsday is he would sneak up on doomsday and put a black lantern ring on doomsday and knowing that when you put on the ring it hurts because it burrows into you and knowing doomsday is really resistant to mind control I think it would be like that one comic where doomsday takes the green lanterns ring and uses it against the green lantern corpse just instead of green lanterns it would be black lanterns and I also don't think if doomsday did stop the blackest night its probably out of rage and I don't think he would mean to
