    Is it just me or does anyone else think that Vanisher might be getting to her like she's beginning to like him kinda because they constantly kind of bicker alot like a old couple & he mainly is seen around her & then they went to Brazil together? What's your opinions

    Domino works hard & plays hard.  She slept with Wolverine in the past, and in the past they had sex to blow off steam & unwind after stressful missions.  Vanisher is a coward, wom Domino doesn't respect... but would willingly use.  He has properties all over the world bought with stolen money.  I doubt that Domino would sleep with him, but I'm sure she'd use her connections with him to her own advantage.

    I know, but James was the one member in the whole of the team who'd ever been vaguely nice to him.  It was uncharacteristically brave of him... but his usual track record is to 'vanish' at the first sight of trouble ;) 
     
    Thinking about it, since it was Domino's intel that gave X-Force all of Vanisher's known hide-outs in Japan, then chances are she knew about his Portugese brothels too.  So, aside from the fact that she's always spoken to him with complete & utter contempt, she'd also be aware of how many prostitutes he'd slept with...  
     
    In other words, Domino wouldn't be stupid enough to sleep with the guy who's riddled with STD's.

    That wasn't on Utopia.  That was in Hong Kong, back in the New X-Men Annual 2001.  There's a history with Wolverine & Domino that stretches back further than we (as readers) know.

    There was a much more recent mention of it. In the Annual, the dialogue is between Wolverine and Domino. In the issue jbeyer418 mentions, it is Emma who comments on them making sounds from the other room.

    @Korg: I was referring to the 'animal noises', which was originally back in Hong Kong.  The relationship isn't as new as was being implied.

    New x-Men Annual 2001 doesn't state anywhere they actually do anything. 
     
    Need company after this gig, blah blah, sure youre buying though. Thats bout jist of it, then Domino states in S&V #1 - you wanted me since Japan... that sort of eludes that  Wolverine hadn't hit that yet.
     
    So I am confused on where the on and off again relationship thing is people talk about unless there is more references in the comics somewhere.

    Not really.  It means that since they've teamed back up she's sense his attraction.  The fact that she recognises this trait in Wovlerine indicates that she knows him very well to begin with. 
     
    But the 'animal noises' reference is pretty clear.  Yes, it's innuendo, but there's little subtley about it.  It's not as if Wolverine & Domino would be sat in a hotel room barking, meowing & literally making other animal noises.  They're not the kind of characters who would impersonate animals to unwind... they really are the kind of people who have led mercenary lives & unwind with rough, uncommital, casual sex.
