    If I didn't tell her

Though this series all goes down before the events of either of the Epitaphs episodes from the television series, this particular issue goes much farther to understanding the second episode as opposed to the first. This is more of a development issue in itself, but it gears more towards some common themes which are alluded to in Epitaphs Part 2 (the final episode of the television series.) Finally Neuropolis is described in better detail as is the rehabilitation of Alpha. It all works together pretty well to build up the anticipation for what follows. Equally so too does the action in Los Angeles as the normal are still working at toppling the tower that is poisoning others’ mind via the radio. Again the Ivy-to-Ivy conversations continue and knowing Whedon it seems as though they might come into play somehow, though also as to be expected from Whedon it is not really obvious how. This is a good issue to lead into what follows and really feels the most Dollhouse like of the series thus far.
