    Dollar Comics: Detective Comics #554 opens with an ocean liner just off Gotham Harbor. Bullock is the first on the scene. He gets caught up while waiting for Commissioner Gordon and The Dynamic Duo. The late John Candy would have made a great Detective Harvey Bullock. Paired up with Robin, Jason Todd, Bullock and The Boy Wonder engage in an exchange of questions and answers straight out of Uncle Buck.
