    The abortion clinic worker Bethany (Linda Fiorentino) is the last descendant of Mary & Joseph, and she has to prevent the two fallen angels Loki (Matt Damon) and Bartleby (Ben Affleck) from destroying existence. On her mission she encounters an angel (Alan Rickman), a muse (Salma Hayek), the 13th apostle (Chris Rock), the prophets Jay & Silent Bob (Jason Mewes & Kevin Smith), some villains from hell (Jason Lee & Ethan Suplee) and finally God herself (Alanis Morissette).
