This time around, the good (Fourth) Doctor concludes his adventure with “The Collector,” and is beset by the “Dreamers of Death.” Written by Steve Moore and featuring Dave Gibbons’s classic linework, with all-new colors over Gibbons’ art by Charlie Kirchoff, who also re-creates the original Gibbons cover for this issue, too.
