    Where is the New Doctor Fate during Blackest Night? I haven't read anything with him in it since Countdown to Mystery and since Blackest Night is turning into this all inclusive story arc I think he will be involved somewhere along the line.
     also
     What are some other good story arcs he is largely or solely involved in?

    I think the original one was among the dead raised by nekron. In one of the blackest night issues the original green lantern fought a black lantern doctor fate, although its off panel. 
    issue 3 or 4 I want to say.

    The original Fate attacked the new one of panel, and the new Fate was forced to teleport him to Pluto or somewhere like that. It wasn't shown on panel.
