After two months out of town, Kent Nelson returns to New York to find the old neighborhood ominously changed by Doctor Fate's presence.

Dr. Fate has put a "spell" on the neighborhood. Everything is perfect in the Nelson's part of town. Whatever people need, Dr. Fate provides for them. Is this Utopia or is Dr. Fate trying to control everything? Is her helping people here, hurting people elsewhere?

When professor Nelson comes home from a trip, he finds that Dr. Fate (Inza) has made a lot of changes.  She's created "Globes of Power" that are helping anyone and everyone.  Whether they are sick, need food or heck, need a new taxi... the globes are making everything "right".   I thought about this a little... wouldn't that be a great place to live.  Or would it.  Would I really want everything taken care of for me?  What fun is there in that?  Is Dr. Fate nuts?    This issue was okay at best. ...
