That's a, erm, interesting pic of Wonder Woman......
Black Adam: would probably be allies with him and relate to the guy because they both are fairly small nation states that battle for the good of their people. I don't think Adam would trust him completely at first but I think he would warm to Doom after a while.
Aquaman: probably would see him as a unique ally considering Doom fixed up Marvel's Atlantis. He probably wouldn't trust him.
Wonder Woman: would definitely hate Doom, especially considering her people would have to deal with him trying to raid their places for magical stuff.
Batman: actually quite hard to tell. On the one hand, Doom is a immoral dictator with world-ending tools behind him. On the other, he could be one of the few people who can relate to Batman what with them both having a "for the greater good" style of thinking, as well as both being polymathic geniuses. Bruce might see a potential usefulness in having Doom on board....in the right occasion.
Joker: Doom would hate him because Joker has no sense of honor or ambition, and Joker would probably try to get him killed a few dozen times over
Lex: might see Doom as someone to have on his side, but I don't think they would be friends. Doom doesn't particularly like guys like him (see his relationship with the Intelligentsia)
Superman: wouldn't like Doom because truth, justice, and the American way, etc etc supported the Iraq War etc
Grood: would see Doom as smelly human, but better as a ally than as a foe.
