    Character

    Director Radcliffe first appears in Invincible #50 in a special origin story explaining how Cecil went from agent to director. The Director shows Cecil that protecting the world is not so black and white when Cecil is saved by the very same people who caused him to get his facial scar (Order of the Freeing Fist), Cecil kills them but afterwards is jailed and then given the director job after Radcliffe because Radcliffe believes he will make the best replacement.

    Powers & Abilities

    Director Radcliffe shows no super powers but possesses great leadership and showed competency with firearms when fighting Lizard League.
