As much as I would have preferred to see Tim here, I must admit that was pretty awesome. The two robins with the biggest mouths going at each other and what a burn by Dick.

I do like that Nightwing has a very similar look to the YJ version tho.

Damien forgot to mention the part where Ra's bathed in immortal waters. Take away the immortality and Ra's would be dead multiple times over.

Not quite sure if i was hearing things or not, but the person doing Nightwings voice sounded like the dick grayson robin from the 90s Batman the animated series cartoon.

So far these new movies seem to be designed purely to hype Damian up and how awesome he is. This movie was better than the first (Which isn't saying much in the grand scheme) but still had more than a few flaws. Dick being treated like trash throughout was one of them.

I am so excited for this movie! I love that they might actually take the time to build a good relationship with Dick and Damian. I was a little uncertain in the first movie because I wasn't a fan of how they made Nightwing act. It felt like they were merging him with Tim but I also understand that movies can't cover all the comics so I get why they did that. But this scene gives me a little hope we'll see more of Nightwing. In the comics I would venture to say Nightwing is the most important part of Damian's transition to Robin.

The way they jobbed Nightwing and even Batman was atrocious. Damian is wayyyy overpowered and this is coming from a big fan.

There were moments I found myself cursing my screen and face palming in agony at the lack of proper characterization. Batman Vs Robin Is watchable so long as one remembers the film follows it's own continuity, recycling n52 storylines all the while treating anyone not named Damian as merely a support role. 3/5 stars
