    Bruce and Dick disguise themselves as umbrella repairmen in order to get the Penguin to surface, but when he does, he has a surprise in store for the Dynamic Duo. He then buys an umbrella shop and does his own repairs, placing radio devices into umbrellas in order to direct his men on jobs.
