    “THE JOKER WALKS THE LAST MILE.” Depressed because he cannot freely move about and spend the stolen wealth he has in his possession, the Joker decides to just turn himself in!

    -On the Run from the Law, Joker decides to turn himself in. Tried and convicted, the clown prince of crime pays the ultimate penalty death by electrocution. After being fried on the Electric Chair, Joker's thugs arrive with a serum that revives him. Using the double jeopardy clause, Joker now finds himself with a clean slate.
