    Gotham PD descends into disorder as Jim Gordon recovers from a heart attack in the hospital. Electrocutioner is taking out criminals. I wasn't that invested in the Electrocutioner, but there was some creepy violence, and great atmosphere, courtesy of Wolfman and Aparro. No wonder Batman comics scared me back in the 80s....
