    I found myself wondering what the deal with Penguin's umbrellas is? A lot of characters were originally introduced and then had their stories filled in as time progressed. Others still went through some periods in the comics where they might have been subjected to some more campy story telling, and so it raised the question of where the Penguin got his umbrellas.
