    Bullock's mission

    The story mostly take place in the past, in the 2 months between Endgame and the arrival of the new Batman, as we are told what Bullock's been doing all this time and what he thinks of his new offer to lead the new Batman special forces, and the present, where the new Batman gets in some action and all the damage we see in this issue makes obvious that he will need all the help his new task force can provide

    The introduction of Montoya felt natural and was well done and it intermediately suggest that it will be a rocky ride for Batman's special force
