    As Deathlok was introduced years before Deathstroke, I'd go with no.

    No, you'd have it backwards. Deathlok debuted in '74, Deathstroke in '80.

    I think you've got your Death~/Dead~ characters mixed up. 
     
    It's usually "Is Deadpool A Rip Off Of Deathstroke".  But that question has been asked several times & you should check out the Deadpool Forum for that ;)

    I think he's more of a Cyborg rip off... but Cyborg was created after Deathlok so its the other way around.
