    It's because his voice is supposed to be "different" and "special" , like Al said his voice is a mix of "gravel and gasoline" , or according to Cable he has a "Deemi Moore" voice.

    I think is for the fact, that yellow is annoying color and they try to tell you that Deadpool have a annoying voice or that he is annoying. 
    Or it could be tha he urinate the text bubbles like DeadlyWolverine said
