    God Damn-it Daniel Way!!!

Now I will admit, when it comes to Deadpool....Daniel Way isn't my favorite writer. He's not the worse but he's certainly not the best and while his series started off good it has slowly been falling down hill. This arc had the chance to be the next 'Bullseye' arc but instead we got stuck with a terrible ending for what could have been a good arc.

Let's start off with the good stuff....well Deadpool's way of getting past the Metal detector was pretty clever and nice little bad ass moment. The artwork is also really good, Barberi is really good but I still prefer Paco and his Deadpool and hopefully Paco returns again for another arc like the last time Barberi came in to help out.

Hit-Monkey is a decent character, it has the chance of being a great character and I'm waiting for the issue when he fights Daredevil or the Punisher but after this issue I highly doubt he will ever make another appearance ever again. Not saying he dies or anything but the fact that it's such a poor way to end the arc will ultimately be this characters downfall.

Now the bad....Deadpool trying to shoot with his feet? Dan if your reading this please understand that Deadpool isn't insane or goofy enough to try and shot with his feet. He is smart enough to know that it won't work. Deadpool was never really insane but more like a character with a bit of ADHD and self confidence issues...he would never try to shoot a gun with his feet, he would have known better.

Also why is it that Spider-man comes off as a total dick in this issue. He actually tells Deadpool "boo hoo you're a lonely and misunderstood freak of nature and no one loves you"...does that sound like something Spider-man would say?!! Also when Spider-man gives Deadpool some actually very helpful advice saying he should "stop trying to be a hero because he wants to be loved and be a hero for the sake of doing good things" what does Deadpool do?.....He basically says "Nah, I'll keep doing it because I want to be loved"

I'm sorry but a certain member of this website is right, when it comes to Daniel Way, he doesn't care if what he's having the character do is out of character and goes against everything that character is, just as long as it makes for a good moment. Spider-man would have never told Deadpool what he told him,  Deadpool would never try to shoot with his feet, and Deadpool would actually take what Spider-man had to say to heart and not just dismiss it like that.

It's said that the series that has been getting better with each issue is getting canceled, when the series that has been slowly going down hill is still going.

All I got to say is, damn it Way hurry up and make an arc that is as good as the 'Bullseye' arc and do it fast before you lose everything you've built up to this point.

      Claaaaaasic Deadpool...sort of 0

this issue took me back...not very far because i'm only 22. Daniel Way's writing really reminds of how Deadpool was written in his first volume (1-69), for the most part i've really enjoyed this new volume especially this last 3 issue Hit-Monkey arc (and the "want you to want me" arc). ABOUT THE ISSUE/ARC: this is one of those Deadpool stories you can just pick up and enjoy. The core of the story and why this arc really makes my heart happy is THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN!!! These two characters toget...

I'm torn on this one. 0

I'm a Deadpool fan, but this is the first time I've read his book since the Bullseye arc. My first thought on picking this up was literally "Deadpool+Spiderman+a monkey assassin should=Greatness". Instead, after reading the issue, I'm left with two conflicting feelings. On the one hand, I felt legitimately sorry for Deadpool. This arc makes him come off like a guy that genuinely wants to be a good guy, but just doesn't have a clue how not to be what he is, a deadly assassin. Then, on the other s...
