    The ultimate heist was a success.  Now Beezer uses the stolen weather machine to pay an elaborate tribute to his dying friend.  But while Jasper takes a first (and final) swim in the toxic ocean under newly sunny skies, the beach is turned into a battlefield as the CityCorps cops swoop down on Beezer and his gang.
