    The Present (Green Lantern Kyle Rayner/Green Arrow Connor Hawke)   - Written by Devin Grayson; Art Will Rosado and Sal Buscema  This story fails in a few ways.  For one it was a time when Connor Hawke was The Green Arrow.  DC at the time didn't know that new guys can't replace old guys.  That is forgivable for that time, now it is now. I love Kyle, but Hawke I could care less about.  Trying to fabricate what Neal Adams and Denny O'Neil did with Hal and Oliver wouldn't work with Kyle and Conner, ...
